Ear candling

Ear candling is a method known as far back as ancient Egypt, China, India and the South American Aztec and Mayan tribes. Nowadays, this method using herbal-wax candles and conchs is practiced by American Hopi and Cherokee Indians.

It uses an effective combination of a candle having a warming effect and creating a vacuum along with aromatherapy. Burning the candle creates a vacuum in the ear canal to cleanse the inside of the ear and regulate intracranial and sinus pressure. In addition, the vapors produced during burning, which contain herbal essential oils through circulation inside the ear, promote the healing of irritation and inflammation.

Professionally conducted ear candling treatment is completely safe for the client. The heat, gentle negative pressure and aromas of essential oils released during the treatment put the client in a state of relaxation and overall relaxation.
